Recently launched are two new websites I created in WordPress. The first is for a real estate professional. The challenge: His property listings on Loopnet were no longer visible to the general public as the site was transitioning to a new, more expensive service with Costar. He needed to be able to direct potential clients to be able to still see the information about his listings online.

I had already been creating fact sheets on each of his properties, so I created a simple website for him which lists all properties and their fact sheets, which is also easily updated.

More recently, I redesigned a website for a busy musician. The challenge: His website host was having a lot of server down time. His design in Flash was also outdated and didn’t always load properly, depending on the user’s browser, plus he couldn’t easily add to and update his events calendar, so it had fallen into disuse.

I created a new, responsive design for him that formats well on both laptop and phone and all sizes in between, and gave him an events calendar program that he can easily update via his own admin panel, and transferred his site to a new, more reliable hosting service. He also requested a logo, which I created for him.
